Snuggle Luv had a great giveaway promotion on their Facebook page several weeks ago. I was lucky enough to get 3 pair of their leg warmers in the mail yesterday. I had been stalking my mailman for weeks! I am shocked there is no restraining order against me with as often as I can be found peeking out my windows to get a look at what he’s putting in my mailbox so I know how quickly I want to run to the end of my driveway! Yesterday however I was busy doing other things and didn’t realize he was out there, sneaky bugger! Maybe that’s what he was waiting for, me to not be looking one day to deliver them!

I babysit in my home and find that changing diapers all day having to take pants on and off gets very annoying at times. If a little one is wearing jeans it becomes a chore to get them hooked & unhooked, up & down. Then there are those pants that are just too long and they trip over them all day when trying to walk, no fun! In nice weather I will often let them go pants-less. Unfortunately, when it is cold out, thats not an option. With these cute leg warmers I will be able to leave pants off to keep diapers easily accessible while still keeping chunky little legs warm! I also worry about little knees banging around, now they will be more protected! The designs I got (aside from Jail House Chic, but don’t think I wont let a little boy wear them! I will!) are both very gender neutral.
I have also decided upon another great use for them! I have many tattoos which I always keep covered when we spend time with my Hubby’s grandparents. They are of a different time and way of thinking so out of respect I have never let them see any of my tattoos. {They don’t approve of my Hubby’s so I don’t want to rock the boat!} Even in summer when we are cooking out, I put on a long sleeved hoodie. Now with these, I can wear a top with partial sleeves and just pull on a pair of my Snuggle Luv leg warmers to cover my forearms! Love this idea!
With this same idea, I could also use them on the arms of the little ones I watch if I need to! Perhaps we go outside to play and its not cold enough to wear the heavy jacket they came with. Just pull these on their arms with their little t-shirt and they will be good to go!!
I want to thank Snuggle Luv for the opportunity to try out their great product! I also want to say that they handled their offer in a very professional manner! They got hit with a larger volume than they had anticipated. Instead of doing as so many others I have come across and trying to back out of their offer, canceling out orders or limiting how many products they would send they fulfilled everything. They kept communication open on their Facebook page and through e-mails. They made sure everyone was aware of what was going on behind the scenes and when shipments were sent. More companies should follow in their footsteps!

I actually do wear leg warmers! You can't always see them under my jeans but when it's cold, I wear them!! Wait? You mean it's not 1986??
