Rocked… or more accurately stoned.

Oh, Hello! I’m so glad you are still here waiting for me. The past week and a half have just gotten away from me. We have been so busy I barely get to sit in my family room, let alone be at my computer. I recently started babysitting every weekend. When I say every weekend we are talking from 5:45am Saturday straight through until 1am Monday. She is a cute little almost 4 month old Pipsqueak! {I’ll talk more about her another time}

This is what was taking up a good portion of my time, when I wasn’t busy with Soup or Pip. We decided we wanted to get this project finished before Memorial Day so things would finally look nice outside when we had company over. For the 3 years we have lived here, we focused so much on the inside of the house, we neglected the outside. You can see our playroom here and our family room here.

This is what it looks like now! We still have some work to finish but the difference is drastic!

I absolutely love the old tires used as raised gardens. We have some veggies & some flowers planted in them. The two photos in the bottom left are the front porch area we also did since we had extra stone!
